Emily Bett Rickards was born in July 1991. She is an Canadian actor best known for her role as Felicity on the CW's television show Arrow. Rickards lived within British Columbia. Her career began as a child, she began to explore dance and theatre hoping to eventually taking on more serious acting. The actress completed the Acting Essentials Programme through the Vancouver Film School after graduating from high school. In the open call that followed it was discovered that an agent had been found for her. She studied at The Alida Vocal Studio in Vancouver.
